Giavante’ Hawkins earned a bachelor’s in Sociology at Saint Vincent College and a master’s degree in Non-Profit and Association Management at the University of Maryland University College. She has accrued considerable management and leadership experience working with various organizations, including McKinley Marketing Partners, Foundation for Excellence in Education, and American Bankers Association. She has received recognition for achieving organizational targets and growth metrics throughout her career.

In her previous role Giavante’ served as the Director of Membership Operations at the American Bankers Association. Giavante’ was responsible for the annual due’s revenue cycle capturing $45 million in annual dues, member engagement, and the day-to-day operational functions of the Membership Department.

Giavante’ enjoys spending time with her family, weightlifting, and traveling in her spare time. A native Washingtonian, Giavante’ currently resides in Anne Arundel County.

Giavante’s top priorities are to work alongside the Board of Directors to serve the members and enhance the member experience while growing a diverse and inclusive membership community.

Kelly Ebaugh was born in Largo, FL and moved to Carroll County, MD in 1998. She earned her B.S. in Legal Studies from University of Maryland University College in 2014. She currently lives in Manchester, MD, with her husband, Matt; daughters, Tiffany and Megan; and her two Labrador retrievers, Jolene and Georgia.

Kelly’s hobbies include scrapbooking, gardening, attending her daughter’s dance recitals, and watching the Baltimore Orioles. She has a love for the beach and hopes to one day retire near the water.

Kelly has been with MSATP since 2015. She is the Assistant Executive Director and handles all things sponsorships, partners, membership, and events.

Katie grew up in Laurel, Maryland, and currently lives in Columbia, Maryland. She graduated from Notre Dame of Maryland University in 2020 with B.A.s in English and Environmental Sustainability with a minor in Political Science.

Katie enjoys spending her time in nature, reading, and writing, and watching Orioles and Capitals games. She is an animal lover and has one dog, Mona, and one sheep, Lilly. Katie travels often and particularly loves visiting London.

Katie joined MSATP in the Fall of 2022 and is passionate about helping our members engage more deeply with the community. She is excited to facilitate connections, encourage volunteerism, and support our members in maximizing their involvement with MSATP.

Kristy Memphis was born and raised in Carroll County, MD. She earned her BA in Communication, Technology, and Culture from Bridgewater College in Virginia in 2020.

She currently lives in Westminster, MD, with her husband, Jake, and fur baby, Rue. Kristy’s hobbies include hiking in various national parks across the country, reading, and traveling with friends and family.

Since October 2023, Kristy has been dedicated in her role as a Member Services Representative to providing an exceptional member experience. You’ll find her at all MSATP educational and social events.

Before joining MSATP, Tasha pivoted from her professional background in athletic training, during the height of the pandemic and started her own video and live-streaming production company, T. Butler Creative, in 2021. Since its inception, Tasha has helped women-owned businesses connect with their communities through storytelling, live streaming, and hybrid/virtual event production.

Tasha is a proud alumnus of Towson University, Georgetown University, and the Community College of Baltimore County. When Tasha’s not busy working, she enjoys cooking meals at home, spending time in her garden, and watching movies with her husband.

Tasha is very excited to be a part of the MSATP team and looks forward to connecting its members statewide and virtually!
